Whitebeam Vibrational Rest Therapy
Deep rest for body and mind
Whitebeam Vibrational Rest Therapy offers a deeply calming and restorative experience. Many people describe a sense of profound relaxation during their session, sometimes accompanied by a gentle physical or emotional release.
Vibration and movement are natural ways for the body to soften held tension and unwind stress patterns. This process can help reduce the effects of stress hormones and support the body in returning to a more balanced and settled state.
Who can benefit?
This therapy is particularly supportive for anyone experiencing stress, overwhelm, or anxiety that is impacting their overall wellbeing.
Benefits of Whitebeam Vibrational Rest Therapy
Clients often describe feeling more grounded, calm, and relaxed after a session. Many notice a softening of emotional intensity, including feelings such as worry, fear, or frustration.
It may also support women experiencing symptoms around menopause or premenstrual tension. Some clients report improved sleep, reduced overwhelm, and fewer or less intense hot flushes, particularly where stress is a contributing factor.
Tailored to you
Each person carries their own unique pattern of stress, so sessions are always guided by individual needs.
Some people feel a noticeable shift after one session, while others benefit from a series of treatments. Many choose occasional “tune-up” sessions throughout the year to maintain balance and wellbeing.
Full Body Calibration
The Full Body Calibration involves holding the tuning fork a few inches away from the body and moving it slowly over the surface.
This gentle method allows the body to settle and synchronise naturally, creating a deeply relaxing and soothing experience.
Understanding Vibrational Timing Therapy
Vibrational Timing Therapy uses the soft frequencies of tuning forks to support the body’s natural rhythms.
The body operates through many timing systems such as sleep cycles, digestion, and heartbeat. When these rhythms become disrupted through stress, poor sleep, or life pressures, we may experience fatigue, low mood, or a sense of imbalance.
This therapy works gently with those natural timing systems, encouraging the body to return to its own steady rhythm.
How it works
Tuning forks as tools. The forks create subtle vibrations that are introduced around the body, encouraging a sense of calm and gentle reorganisation.
Two approaches:
Mind & nervous system regulation — works gently around the head and ears to support clarity, calm, and emotional balance.
Full Body Calibration protocol — works across the whole body, supporting relaxation, coordination, and sensory balance in a very gentle, non-invasive way.
The role of timing
The brain and body rely on precise timing to function well. When this timing is disrupted, it can affect how we think, feel, and move.
This therapy can be understood as helping the body “retune” its natural timing, allowing processes such as sleep, memory, and emotional responses to flow more smoothly.
A gentle approach
Unlike more intense sound-based experiences, this method is subtle and calming. The tuning forks are not placed directly on the body, and the nervous system is supported rather than stimulated.
The emphasis is always on safety, comfort, and allowing the body to respond at its own pace.
After your session
Some people may experience mild effects such as a slight headache or a tired or “hangover-like” feeling afterwards. This is usually temporary and can be part of the body adjusting and integrating the session.
This may be linked to hydration levels, the release of physical or emotional tension, or the nervous system settling into a calmer state.
Supporting your body afterwards
To support your body after a session:
- Drink plenty of water before and after
- Avoid alcohol the evening before
- Allow time to rest and keep your day gentle afterwards
Light movement such as walking, stretching, or swimming can also support integration. These responses are temporary and simply reflect the body adjusting.
How many sessions?
This depends on your individual needs.
For short-term support, 1 to 3 sessions may be enough. For deeper or ongoing concerns, sessions over a number of weeks may be more beneficial.
A common approach is weekly sessions for a few weeks, followed by a review. Many clients then return occasionally for maintenance and balance.
Preparing for your session
For your comfort, please bring a fleece blanket to lie on and a low pillow.
Wear light, comfortable clothing, as thicker fabrics can reduce sensitivity to the vibrations.
Shoes will be removed for the session, so bringing a pair of socks is recommended to keep your feet warm.
Staying well hydrated on the day of your appointment, and the day after, is important.
